Refund policy

ORDER TO RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s).

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Please ensure that items are returned clean, unworn, and have all their tags on.

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. This way you will also be minimizing the ecological impact of the returns process.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the conditions of the items before proceeding with the refund. 

If the items are damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deduct non-returnable damage, service, or repair costs.

If the return is accepted and processed, you will receive a refund up to 14 business days.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please note that you can return the items only with the pre-printed return label provided for you with your order. The Misaga will not take responsibility for packages sent with other carriers.

FREE RETURN PROCEDURE

If you want a free return:

1) Please ensure all item(s) are in perfect condition, with all their tags on. Place them in their original packaging. Fill out the Return Form and insert it in the package.

2) Stick the return label that came with your order to the top of the package. Make sure all details on the label are visible and the package is securely shut.

3) Go to DHL website https://dhl24.com.pl/zwroty, enter the return number, and order a courier or take the parcel to any of the DHL collection points.

You can find your nearest DHL collection point at https://www.dhl.com/pl.

4) Once the date is set for the courier to pick up/ you return the package at one of the collection points, you will receive an email with a confirmation.

RETURN AT ITS OWN EXPENSE

If you cannot or do not want to use the free return option,

you can send the goods back to us at your own expense.

1) Remember that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

2) You return the goods at your own expense. This cost is not refundable.

3) Customers who have chosen personal collection as a way of delivering the package, are not entitled to a free return by courier.

 

REFUND CONDITIONS

For the quality control to accept the return:

1) The product must be returned in its original packing.

2) The product must be in original condition, undamaged, unaltered, and not worn.

3) All original tags must be attached. 

4) Please add a copy of the purchase invoice. 


Products returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.

 

Once our quality control team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email. 

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

 

Please note that for orders from outside the EU with a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping option, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes as these charges are only collected on behalf of the Customer's national tax authorities and are not charged by the Misaga.
