Refund policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s)



Please ensure that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. This way you will also be minimizing the ecological impact of the returns process.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the conditions of the items before proceeding to the refund, and if the items are damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deduct non returnable damage, service or repair costs or we even won't be able to give you a refund at all.



If you want a free return:

1) Login into your customer account and go to RETURN/EXCHANGE. Enter your order number  and email. Follow the next steps explained.

2) You will receive your order request status by email together with link to arrange your shipment.

3) Go to DPD website and fill out the Return Package Collection Order Form.

You can set a time limit for collecting your shipment directly on the DPD website.

select "Send at courier"*

enter your e-mail address and contact phone, check the correctness of the pickup address

indicate the date and time of the courier's arrival and click "Return package"

*A package can also be sent at a DPD pick up point.

4) After successfully arranging the date of delivery by courier, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation and order number
to the address provided. Remember to keep the confirmation of the shipment. The courier will come to you with a return label so you don't need to print it yourself.

5) Insert the return form and the products you wish to return into the mailing bag or box where the order was delivered. Remember to put the Return Form in the package.

In case if you made a purchase without creating customer account simply use one of the links above from DPD or InPost and send us your package. Also please contact us regarding your return request at




If you cannot or do not want to use the free return option,
you can send the goods back to us at your own expense.

1) Remember that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
2) You return the goods at your own expense. This cost is not refundable.
3) Customers who have chosen personal collection as a way of delivering the package,
are not entitled to a free return by courier.

In order for the quality control to accept the return, the product must be returned in the full condition in its original packing, undamaged, unaltered, not worn, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.


Once our quality control team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.


Please note that for orders from outside the EU with a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping option, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes as these charges are only collected on behalf of the Customer's national tax authorities and are not charged by Misaga
